Terms of use (candidates)

Coach Career IA helps you build an evidence-based Career Memory, set your non-negotiable conditions (guard rails) and shows you the opportunities that respect them. An AI agent helps you draft your exchanges with companies, under your control.

The account is created at your first login, through a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for access to that address. The account is personal: one account per person.

• Free: Career Memory, identity vault, guard rails, opportunities, anonymous card, outreach and AI coach within a daily quota.
• Premium: monthly subscription that adds the unlimited AI coach and the negotiation agent, at the price shown on the Subscription page before you subscribe. Cancellable at any time from your workspace, taking effect at the end of the paid period.
• During the test phase, payments are simulated: no amount is charged.
• If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate access to Premium, you agree that the service begins before the end of this period.

No message is sent to a company without your approval. The agent prepares drafts (outreach, negotiation counter-proposal); you review them, edit them if needed and decide whether to send them. Every message sent states that it was prepared with the help of an AI and approved by you.

Your anonymity is the rule: your identity is only revealed to a company if you decide so, field by field, through a link you can revoke. See how our AI works.

You warrant that the information in your Career Memory is accurate and that you hold the rights to the documents you upload. You remain the owner of your content; you only authorise us to process it in order to provide the service to you.

It is prohibited to provide false information, impersonate others, send abusive messages, circumvent the limits of the service or extract its data by automated means. In the event of a breach, we may suspend the account after notifying you, except in urgent cases.

Job postings come from documented public sources and from companies that publish them directly. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability, nor the outcome of an application. A salary is only displayed if it is published by the company, never estimated on its behalf.

We make every effort to keep the service available and safe, without being able to guarantee permanent availability. AI suggestions may contain errors: decisions about your career are yours.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings; all your data is then erased (see the privacy policy).

We may update these terms; the new version is presented to you and applies from your next login. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first (contact@nextseed-ai.org); if you are a consumer, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge (—) or the European online dispute resolution platform, before bringing the matter before the competent courts.
